Common questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect from the start of your next billing cycle.
What is the setup fee for?
Crew and Pro include a one-time €100 setup fee. This covers setting up your own subdomain, your initial school configuration and a guided onboarding session with our team. The fee is waived entirely on annual billing.
What happens when I reach my student limit?
We notify you before you hit the limit. You can then add extra student seats or move up to the next plan. No data is lost and there is no service interruption.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No. You can bill monthly or annually. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; annual plans save you more than two months plus the setup fee. No minimum commitment, no cancellation fees.
Is my data safe and GDPR compliant?
Yes. nepqon is hosted on servers in Germany, fully GDPR compliant, and all data is SSL-encrypted. We never sell or share your data.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept SEPA direct debit and credit card. Invoice payment is available on Enterprise plans.
Can I add individual modules or more seats?
Yes. The student portal, event management and analytics & statistics can be added to smaller plans individually, and so can extra student and instructor seats. Cancel add-ons whenever you no longer need them. Modules that are already part of your plan stay included. Add-on pricing is available on request.
